The Dairy Training and Research Institute of the College of Agriculture and Food Science headed by Director Amado Angeles through the efforts of the Office of the Chancellor led by Chancellor Fernando C. Sanchez Jr., and Assistant to the Chancellor Sue Saguiguit distributed pandesal and fresh milk to the stranded UPLB students.
